Two very good swimming pools with a great kids slide to keep children occupied. Breakfast was of a very high standard as were meals in the restaurant The family rooms at the Penang Parkroyal are very spacious - excellent for a family of four.

Suggest you upgrade and your guests will be happier to stay and have a drink! Dont like the fact that there arent any non-smoking rooms - our room smelt of cigarettes and so did the corridor as we walked to the room - not very good in this day and age. Also this is the only hotel we have stayed at in Asia that does not provide complimentary drinking water in the rooms - very poor.
