The gym and the pool were very good and the staff were so freindly and helpful. Loved staying in the Orchid club...cocktail hour could do with going on until 9pm though as we were sight seeing and only went for 15 on the second night. Lovely colours and cool shower...I would have built a ledge in stone so that you could sit down too!

Room was a bit small. But nice design.

Service bar the head of concierge's was very very good. Great Si Chuan restaurant that I thoroughly recommend to all. The Orchid Club Room we were in was just not designed for more than 1 occupant. The Orchid Club check in was refreshingly new to me but the room erased a fair bit of the novelty value.

Got an upgrade to a great room thanks very much!

When call for service, it takes very long to have someone answer the call as well as up to the hotel room. Have to give few reminders and chase them

Excellent since they upgraded me to a suite for free because of heavy patronage in the hotel.

I had confirmation for a non-smoking floor, but upon checkin, the staff gave me a smoking floor without first informing me. They said there was no more non-smoking rooms. Only when I strongly insisted then I was given a non-smoking floor at 445pm - and I had to wait almost 2 hours since i first arrived at the hotel. The bed was very nice and big. However the bedsheet was stained. The pillow case was stained. There was a small cockroach running around at the tea cup and saucer.

Staff were not very warm especially at check in - I was not greeted and after processing I was just given the key card and not shown the general direction to go. There was also no offer to take our bags. The hotel also takes a long while to answer phone calls. One of the best we've stayed-in in KL

MY FIRST IMPRESSION WHEN I STEP IN THE LOBBY WAS THAT THE AMBIENCE WAS GOOD BUT IT TURN ME OFF WHEN 03LADIES AT THE RECEPTION COUNTER WERE CHATTING AWAY EVEN WHEN I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF THEM.ONLY AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT I WANT CHECK-IN ,THEY DISPERSE AND ONE OF THEM ATTENDED TO ME.NONE OF THEM SHOW ME THAT SMILEY LOOK WHICH I THINK IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR CUSTOMER.NEVERTHELESS,THE LADY THAT ATTENDED TO ME FINALLY GAVE ME THE ATTENTION THAT NEEDED.I BELIEVE FIRST IMPRESSION LAST AND THE GIRLS AT THE COUNTER REALLY DIDNT MAKE MY DAY.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO VERY LACKING IN YOUR HOTEL. THE LAYOUT OF THE ROOM IS BAD...TOO CONGESTED.ITS VERY INCONVINIENT TO HAVE THE WASHING BASIN OUTSIDE THE CUBICLE.MY SAFE BOX WASNT FUNCTIONING.

Should improve the standard of service for concierge.On the whole servecie is good. good quality of rooms for the price we pay. hopefully they will maintain the cleanliness of rooms.

Room is quite small.

The huge mirror against the wall makes me uncomfortable when I sleep and the separate toilet & shower cubicles causes alot of inconvenience. The wash basin outside the shower is also not pratical.

Very spacious, comfortable. feels like home.

Though it's a five star rated hotel, I must say that the service is extremely bad. We will only allowed to check at 1700 hrs. That's is 3 hrs off the stipluated time. Moreover, i can't feel the hospitality of the hotel. There is practically non-existence of security in the hotel, anybody from the street can just enter to the hotel rooms. The only good thing of the hotel is the location, that's all. Thks. Room condition is okay.

The stay at this hotel was made extra special by the excellent staff in the Orchid Club lounge who could not do enough for me or my family. This hotel has recently undergone full renovation and the rooms are brand new. Lots of glass and sharp endges, so not particularly child friendly.

Parking was terrible. First, the signs were not clear enough, and the first attempt, I found myself in a basement used only by workers. Then, after parking on the 4th floor, we found that the elevator was not working, and we had to carry all of our luggage, including baby stroller and baby, down by ourselves. Very inconvenient. Because of the parking situation alone, I probably will not choose to stay at Parkroyal again. The Super King bed was very nice! Luar biasa.
