On the day of check-out,I waited 20 minutes for my luggages to be picked up from my room. The conceirge had to be reminded several times The room could have been cleaner than what it was.

Booked Non smoking room which was not available on the first night. Bed was hard

The design is modern but yet warm to the feel. Location of the hotel is very good - for shopping and food. The decor is simple & cozy. It just make you feel at home.

The concierge staffs are so helpful. Many Thanks to them. the room is great and it let the guest had a very comfortable feeling.

The lighting is alittle dim and no access to the outside exit in Basement level

good swimming pool and gym batteries of the tv remote control are weak

Service at the restaurants and reception are average, nothing special compared to other hotels. Staff at reception desks are not that friendly and professional. Rooms are basically small and basic.

Great.TV could have been better though!

The location is amongst the best in Kuala Lumpur Large and spacious

Service is quite slow. Too expensive against service we get. The closet/toilet bowl was bad. Not clean and drainage has problem.

Originally we booked different rooms but as we have children this apparently was not able to proceed and we were put back to the deluxe rooms. Conditions that will change original bookings that have been confirmed due to hotel regulations should be clearly stated for customers prior to their reservations. Rooms need checking more frequently for maintenance problems. ie Toilet didn't flush, aircon leaked large amount of water, lights didn't work due to blown light bulbs. A hassle when all these things are happening in the middle of the night and maintenance men are in the room at all hours of the night. In the end we couldn't be bothered calling for everything as we were only there for 2 nights.

need to improve the food at the Chatz, but other restaurants were excellent (Dou Hua and The Grill).

Reception should have explained how to access Orchid Floor as we didn't realise what we needed to do until another guest showed us We have requested a bath in our room on our next visit. The toilet and shower were small and directly behind the bedhead which was not very private

Same rates paid for much smaller rooms. It looked like rooms offered were "last choice" rooms. Wash basins are just next to the beds, exposed. No wardrobe.
