The hotel is in a convenient location, opposite Sungei Wang and next to Lot 10. Many good food outlets and the Food Street is only around the corner. The parking lot is windy and narrow and hard to locate though. It was a pleasant stay and will stay there again.

The service provided by the hotel staffs were good during our breakfast session. On my check out day i am suppose to leave to Airport from the hotel in the early morning. Since it was my morning flight i got to ruch to the Airport. The hotel staffs arranged the breakfast at that early morning hours around 5:45 AM. The service provided by them was splendid. I would recommend this hotel for my friends for their future stays.

From check-in to check-out all staff were courteous and helpful. In particular, the check-in was smooth with some unexpected personal attention. The concierge and staff in the foyer were very attentive and looked after us. The business centre staff conveniently provided us with print-outs of our airline boarding passes. The buffet breakfast was good but a bit congested in the servery area. The breakfast at Parkroyal, Penang was better organised.

Hotel facilities and room comfort was great - however the front desk staff were a little slow to check me in and I waited at the front desk until they had finished their own conversation - never a nice welcome particulary after travelling all day. The porters made up for though as they were polite, attentive and helpful.

Smack in the middle of the shopping enclave. Comfortable bed is what I needed after all that shopping.

Stayed at the hotel during December. The location-Superb!! Recommendable for families with kids, no need to take public transport to go major shopping centres. Most of them are are just walking distance..Overall hotel-very good. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Room Service Food--A**, tried the hainanese chicken rice and the fried rice set..a real value for $$$... Will definately come back again to this hotel during my next visit to KL. Keep up the good work and continue to be the best...don't just stop there :)

The hotel is rated five stars but after the trip, i would at most give it a 4 due to many reasons. Firstly, its an old building which is newly renovated i suppose, the lifts were old and slow and the lobby isnt as grand as what a 5 star hotel should have. For a mere 30 more ringgit, we could have stayed in Marriot which is better loacted, opposite of the new shopping centre Pavillion and right besides the busy starhill area while parkroyal will require a 5 mins walk. i stayed in both hotel before, i could say, for 30 ringgit more, i wouldnt mind choosing Marriot hotel over parkroyal, which afterall doesnt live up to a 5 stars standard.

The service of the reception was fair, given that they agreed to change us to a non smoking room. At first we were given a smoking room, which contradicted what we selected online. The staff did not ask us for our choice, probably i don't look like a big guest. But for the other guest on the neighbour queue, i heard they were ask whther they want a smoking or non-smoking room. Nonetheless, they changed for us upon request which dint disappoint me so much.

Afterall, if you have a choice of other hotels which is near that area, though slightly expensive, the location and other amenities will satisfy you more than Parkroyal does.

The hotel is good and comfortable. I like it.

I requested for check in at 1.30pm. When I arrived at 1.25pm, I was told that my room was not ready and that it will be available only at 2.20pm. Frustrated that the room was still not ready at 2.30pm, I actually went up to the room to see if cleaning was in progress but found the door opened and no one in sight. I only got the key to my room at 2.55pm. There seemed to be no urgency in addressing my problem. As a result, I had to reschedule my appointment for the afternoon.

Conveniently located for business & shopping Very well laid out

I found a cockroach in the bathroom. it might came from the water hole.other than that, Im happy.

The Hotel was a bit expensive as compared with other hotels but had excellent location and very good quality of service. The room was neat and clean. Had Excellent Comfort.

No Japanese restaurant. Not friendly for Japanese guests. The air vent above the main door is very noisy. After turning off the air conditioning, there is still a very loud and low noise and thus not able to sleep. Smoking room did not provide ash tray. There was no bedroom sleepers provided. There was no safe in the room.
