Non-smoking floor.

The pool was closed for a private function. On a very hot evening, this was frustrating and unsatisfactory. Reading light switch on both sides of the bed would be useful, so I wouldn't have to get and walk around the bed.

Lounge near reception could have been better. Facilities were good.

very interesting convenient location, quite comfortable with helpful staff. Good breakfast buffee. We needed to pay extra for breakfast. It may be helpful to state if this is inclded in tarrif at time of booking. showing signs of wear and rear loose tile in bathroom held up with tissue!)

The linen and carpet are qworn out. Need to be better for a high end room

Normally twin beds should be provided but to me surprise I find only single bed for 2 persons

VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A PERSON ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN MANDARIN AT THE FRONT DESK. 1) rOOM ARE NOT PROVIDED WITH TOOTH BRUSH AT ALL.

The first time I stayed in your Hotel last NOvember, I found it good in most respect. This time it was bad in every respect. You were not able to handle hundreds of ethnic guests that came in groups. There is hardly anything good about the Hotel that I can talk about. Poor upkeep,poor maintenance, old and even torn linen.Ac making aircraft noise.Could not sleep the whole night. Compalined to the Manager on duty the next morning. Very slow check in. Much slower check out. EXtremely crowded. People jostling with each other.

Excellent proximity to Little India. Also Breakfast was sumptous and more than value for money. Excellent and Quick Room Service and prompt housekeeping

The additional surcharge was not mentioned in the original price list whilst booking.

Ok but a little bit on the noisy side in the rooms upstairs.
