The lifts in the hotel cannot cater to the crowd as we had to wait for 5-10 min each time we had to use the lift. Though we had asked for single king size bed since we had a family, they gave us two twin beds and after fighting with them they changed it to a single bed the next day.

Staff vwas friendly but room small for the price. Breakfast was good and staff courteous.

Room ok but very small window and poor air ventilation - we had to get the staff to open the window as the room was very stuffy and smelled bad due to lack of adequate fresh air coming in via the air con system. it was at the end of the corridor and maybe this contributed to lack of air flow.

I like the hotel due to its proximty to Little India and always stays there. Check-in is swift, lobby is bit over crowded and staff is not there to help you out. Overall its nice to stay there. But the room is bit over priced. Room is nicely decorated and well presented. The best thing about the room is free braodband internet access. Housekeeping is good and keep room tidy when requested.

I was thinking, they should charge less. Though my bed was a king size (not to mention that when I arrived they were giving me 2 single beds...well, i was not happy as I booked for more than a month and I vocalised my point. The staff were apologetic anyway, and promised me they are going to look for a king size bed but I need to wait a while). Hmm, waiting isn't a nice idea after a flight from Heathrow to Changi, is it? Literally an hour wait in the waiting area before I had given the room i booked. the size is nice but i was expecting a better smell. it smelled like old cupboard when we entered. The safe is very easy to use. The toilet isnt what I expected.

The hotel was absolutely superb...a fantastic location and the staff were exceptional in every way. I commend you for selling it and absolutely will book it again with you. I found the room absolutely excellent in every way, and I received exactly what I had requested.

Easy access by subway from airport to hotel. Room is modern and a good view of your city.

location is good. the pool is fine. it is an ok hotel for what you pay. they need to clean their toilets downstairs though more often. room was fine. nothing special although the bed was quite comfortable.
