I stayed in the hotel from 11th to 14 th sep 2008. The hotel was very good. All the hotel staff members very very courteous. Hotel location was also opposite to Mustafa centre so it solved my purpose of shopping at night. Room viw specially poolside veiw was very fantastic. I will recommend this hotel to all my friens and employees. I did not take food in the hotel because most of the time we were out with family for visit, but restaurent cleanliness, staff members were good. In the end I can say that if you really want a good hotel in little india just do the reservaton with holidaycity.com and stay there. you will find value for money.

The Hotel is kocated in a location which was convenient for my purpose of visiting Singapore .The staff who served us were courteous and helpful.This is the first stay in this hotel after change of name but have stayed many times before the change.

The location of this hotel is very good, it is easy to get around and the friendly staff helps you to get a taxi. We enjoyed the swimmingpool since it was really warm when we were in Singapore. The breakfast was good though not included. I can recommend it when you stay a few days and want to stay close to the city.

Very good food & courteous service. Well located and close to city centre. Overall experience was very good.

Hotel was clean and comfortable but expensive. Food needs to have more variety and variation.

The hotel location in the mist of little India was good. Both the hotel restaurants and the food outlets in the vicinity was good.
Overall the hotel room was confortable and I had a pleasant experiece .

i ENJOYED MY STAY AND THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. IF THE FARE IS SLIGHTLY REDUCED, IT WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE FOR FURTHER STAY WHENEVER I VISIT.

Newly renovated room with flat screen TV. Room amenities is above expectation. Good value for money.

Hotel charges are high and doesnot include breakfast. If I knew this I wouldn't have stayed here.

Secondly, there are only four lifts, so there is big que at the lift specially at the peak time. It took me 20 minutes from my room to the reception.

If you improve above two items then I can stay again in your hotel.

Also, during my stay there were lots of noise from the construction of extension of your hotel, which was annyoing.

The location was really best and we saved money on transportation We felt as we are at home, the ammenities and the room was really exceelant.

i got a mixed impresion from this place , reception staff were sour and functional , bell staff were friendly and informative, the facilities looked tired eg. gym , pool area etc. but alot of renovation is going on so it might be different 12 months from now. Thye put me in a room with a single bed but after i asked to be moved they moved me to the redecorated room on a high floor with a nice city view it took several hours to change.

All was good.pl keep it up. The room was good.The room is fitted with all useful amenities.

We had to stay in Lobby for 7 hours on Dec 24( 7 AM to 2 PM)because of hotel policy but while booking you gave check in time as 7 - 9 AM. tow bath rooms sud have been provided because room type was like two rooms inter conencted.

There is no good shopping malls nearby. Only one mall open 24 hrs which is only convenient to Indian. The hotel rooms require to re-furbish, the furnitures are getting old, especially the carpet.

The lack of internet access made it a big pain to acess emails. had to go to my office or to macdonalds. The carpet could have been cleaner and without stains.
