This time it was bad in every respect. You were not able to handle hundreds of ethnic guests that came in groups. There is hardly anything good about the Hotel that I can talk about. Poor upkeep,poor maintenance, old and even torn linen.Ac making aircraft noise.Could not sleep the whole night. Compalined to the Manager on duty the next morning. Very slow check in. Much slower check out. EXtremely crowded. People jostling with each other.
