I made the reservation through Holiday City.com and all was Ok except for one thing where the name was concerned as the staff was confused as to the name as the hotel booking was in my second name and I w3as refering with my first name and the family name and ultimately all found my booking. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The food served and at the buffet was very good.

This hotel is idealy located for me. Room is spacious, clean and value for money. Staff well mannered and helpful.

I enjoy staying at the Parkroyal as it is idealy situated for shopping and food [I enjoy Indian food]. This stay was my second at the hotel and I also booked rooms there for my daughter and Grand daughter and my friend when they came to visit me a couple of years ago. Of course I would recommend others to take advantage of your hospitality.

good hotel for stay with family on tour. now it became costly.

We had a very pleasant stay at the above hotels. Being Indian, it was very important for us that the hotel should located in the vicinity of Indian Restaurants. In this respect Parkroyal fits the bill to the tee. This is not to speak any less of their in-house boarding facilities, which are in a class by themselves. We found their staff very courteous and attentive to our needs. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and we would most certainly recommend it to any discerning traveller.

hotel is in a great location, in heart of little india and next to mrt, food and service is great

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 25 years.probably 15 times.I enjoy its friendly atmosphere,location,pool,price,bar and restaurant.the rooms are all I need and will always stay here on future visits to Singapore

right from the arrival where we were greeted by cheerful staff, it was really a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
the hotel made our stay in Singapore as enjoyable as we could hope for.
the staff were helping and was always ready to offer assistance with a smile.....
the location is convenient with Farrer Park MRT close by and plenty of Taxi services available at hotel door steps.
the hotel amenities are excellent and provide one with quite a few choices for relaxation.
and of course the food was fabulous....
overall, we really enjoyed staying here and will definitely return here in the future during our next visit to Singapore.

Nice well located hotel

Personally, myself had been a Guest of this Hotel, for many years, commencing from 1990's when it was known as President Merlin Hotel, then as New Park Hotel.

Always carry with me many pleasant memories of stay,
individually by myself, with wife & Children and also with families of Friends and relatives.

Have been a dedicated and loyal Customer,
with many years of continuous stay.

I have also filled in the inhouse hotel form for the same feebdack.
i had come on a pleasure cum business trip and went back entirely satisfied and pleased with myself.

except for the reception counter, who were UNSMILING in all my 4 interactions, everything was good to excellent.

Locationwise, cost wise and other offers wise, it was a pleasure to make the right decision of choosing park royal !

i will surely recommend it to others, just like earlier tourists did to me and i am sure to stay there whenever i come back again

Very nice stay,even if only for one night,the only criticism I can level is that the hotel bar was a little bit expensive but apart from that would recommend it to anyone and would certainly stay there again,very good value for notoriously expensive Singapore.

Our stay was only overnight however we found the staff to be exceptionally pleasant and helpful despite the late hour of arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast the next morning was excellent.

FOOD WAS GOOD.
COURTEOUS STAFF.
ROOMS VERY CLEAN.

During my stay I throughly enjoyed the ambience of the hotel and most importantly I should mention about its locational advantage.

Rooms were quite big and not cramped. It had all necessary amenities.

I would love stay there whenever I visit Singapore.
