Overall very good - some minor glitches e.g. bags not delivered to room when requested after early check in. Some paint splatter on the carpet by the main chest of drawers; bathroom fan not working; telephone disconnects easily

We dined at Canterbury Tales and as experienced travellers (67 countries - SO FAR) we keep a personal record of hotels, restaurants, etc. Canterbury Tales was EXCELLENT - food, service, wine - perhaps a few art works on the plain walls would have added. The room was excellent. The view was not as good as we have had at this hotel before, but...

We stay with you on two different occassions this past month. Both room's bath had mildew in the shower and the tub didn't appear to have been scrubbed. Everything else was excellent.
