Recommendation:   By Mr.Ron Kluken  Australia We have been coming back to this hotel as a stopover on our trips overseas during the past 8 years . it was recently refurbished and we cannot fault the accommodation .
the outside pool is a pleasant place to wind down ... , the staff are always very helpful , the food is good and the location of the hotel is very convenient to walk to the city for shopping and other restaurants , and arab street is also across the road .
we would thoroughly recommend it .
Recommendation: By Mr.Christian Morcillo  Singapore The hotel is very good. Especially the front desk staff, they are very accomodating. Because of them i will go back in the hotel.
just the only problem i had is the laundry service who just barged in the room and have a keycard that could ... access our room. They came inside without warning and woke us up. We needed privacy especially sleep in the morning because i usually wakeup late.
