Courteous and Efficient staffs.

The hotel was not really good looking from the outside, but when i went into the lobby i was amazed plus the room is really nice, if you are driving then this is a good hotel. But talking about public transport you might need to walk 10 min to reached MRT. This hotel was near by to bugis street which you can find numbers of local food nearby.

I made a booking for the Plaza Parkroyal through an online booking system. I was careful to explain that I was arriving at 6am and leaving at 10pm that same day. I received a confirmation by email. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed by a quite discourteous staff person that the hotel was full, and anyway the check in time was no until a number of hours later. After some discussion she spoke with a manager and a room was found for me. I really like this hotel, but would hesitate to make another booking.

Staff service is good and hotel is at a convenient location, with efficient public transport.

MY STAY IN THE HOTEL WAS GOOD, THOUGH NOT VERY CLOSE TO MRT WE DID HAVE TO SPEND SOME MONEY FOR TAXI, ROOMS WERE OK , WE ASLO USED THE SPA HERE . THOUGH NOTHING TO BEAT THE SPA IN THAILAND. STAFF WAS OK

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times while in transit through Singapore. We like it because of its location across the road from Arab Street shopping, the nicely landscaped swimming pool, and also because there is a great little vegetarian restaurant just across the road. We think it is good value.

We have been coming back to this hotel as a stopover on our trips overseas during the past 8 years . It was recently refurbished and we cannot fault the accommodation .
The outside pool is a pleasant place to wind down , the staff are always very helpful , the food is good and the location of the hotel is very convenient to walk to the City for shopping and other restaurants , and Arab Street is also across the road .
We would thoroughly recommend it .

The hotel is very good. Especially the front desk staff, they are very accomodating. Because of them I will go back in the hotel.

Just the only problem I had is the laundry service who just barged in the room and have a keycard that could access our room. They came inside without warning and woke us up. we needed privacy especially sleep in the morning because I usually wakeup late.

Great location - 15 mins walk from Little India. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I'd stay there again and recommend it to others!

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Singapore. And I always go home wishing I'd stayed longer. Singapore has so much to see and do, and this hotel is in a great spot for the things my family likes to do. It's walking distance to Suntec City for shopping, has lots of interesting shops across the road in Arab Street, and you can get great murtaba just up the road opposite Sultan Mosque.
Yeah, Singapore rocks.
Staying on Orchid Level at Plaza Parkroyal means relaxing cocktails in the private lounge and intimate breakfasts with attentive staff.

Because you upgraded me and I could use free internet in my room, it made my stay at you hotel well done.

Thought the boardband connection was free. Was quite shock when charge. This part was not mention in the info. Could have written in detail. The room is spacious and comfortable.

spa & pool are lovely, also loved the fitness & yoga classes! free broadband access in all the rooms would be very appreciated

shuttlr service is great, driver is very friendly. the bath room is not clean, check out the soap holder near the bath tub, is filthy. room 274 i think, forgot the exact room number

When we checked out, we told the staff about the damp smell in the corridor and room. We requested to be placed in a different room, in a different corridor (away from the damp smell) when we returned to the Singapore 2 weeks later. We were told that this was not possible unless we upgraded to a more expensive room. Therefore, we cancelled our later booking. There was a very unpleasant damp smell in the corridor and room

The advert said newly renovated but it had been renovated some time ago.
