The hotel did not have a restaurant or bar, but did serve a breakfast. They did however deliver from many nearby dining options. Very nice staff and helpful in every way. The room was lovely and specious, we loved it.

A great place - if you are not looking for bars, restaurants and fitness facilities on-site. The bed was so uncomfortable that we turned the mattress, and luckily for us it worked! Room was lovely, all the staff were excellent. This hotel definitely goes on our "A List".

Always very comfortable , great to have individual control for heat/AC. Like the location and small size of the hotel. Couldn't see any difference in size or amenities between Junior Suite and the Deluxe King rooms that we've booked in the past. 1st room we were booked into was on the ground floor and was quite noisy, but the manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a superior suite that was available on a higher floor for the rest of our stay.

The Staff at this hotel is superb. Nice suite, best mini-bar I've ever seen. The Suite could use a sound system. Best showers I've ever seen in London.

The lift broke down x 2 making it difficult to walk to 6th floor room. The lift should be in a museum and replaced.
