-The hotel is nicely situated in the centre and near Hyde Park which offerd my husband a splendid occasion for early morning jogging
- the hotel has a sea water pool on the 45th store which offered refreshment after jogging and excursions
- the room was small, only with one bedside table. On the other hand, it was such as we chose. The price is comparable to the equipment in general.
- The air condition equipment is too loud: it is like a helicopter trying to land on you.
- One thing which we didn´t count beforehand was "no breakfast" situation. In Europe most hotels serve more or less nutritive breakfasts belonging to the price. Again, we will know it the next time (in November?)
- What I think was the most important in your hotel was the high quality of the staff. They are hospitable and ready to serve. Thanks!
- All in all "material" improvements are easy to make. The most important: the hospitality and friendliness of your staff is valuable.

We noticed a dangling toilet light on my 4th day stay. Pamela came up to check and immediately moved us to the executive suite which we spent the final night. We thank her for her customer focused approach.

The rest of the front desk staff were also very helpful in providing us directions and tips to get by on our visits.

Personally we experienced the staff more business like than friendly and welcoming. However, it is really good value for money and well situated. We would not hesitate to stay with you again in future.

Hotel in a conveinet location and very clean

The rooms were a bit small but we did not spend too much time in them to worry

This hotel has recently been refurbished and is of a good standard. The location is right in the heart of the city with great views from the roof top. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

Leisure Inns Park Regis Sydney is so handy to virutally everything - shopping, sightseeing and food. The staff are friendly and courteous. We enjoyed a fantastic holiday. Thanks so much.

The hotel room was good, but there is a need for appropriate shelfs to accommodate the clothes for longer stays. The toilet are rather small and poor.

The Hot water in my room wasn't very hot. In fact is was luke warm. Not so great when the weather is cold.

Good Just for travellers who like a place to sleep at night. No resturant. No mini bar. no service. Just a motel. Not a hotel

Car Parking option was excellent, $20 per night is excellent value for money View was excellent, maybe another chair next to the window and small table for comfort.

The check in staff were excellent. We had booked a family room and the initial room was too small - issue was sorted quickly and to the satisfaction of all Found it difficult to adjust the hotwater in the shower to suit

I would not recommend this hotel for families. but for general accomodation for adults yes it was perfect The hotel and service was great, but my only complaint is that I requested a family room, expecting at least a microwave and/or a small kitchenette. The hotel said that the room supplied was a standard family room. We had a baby with us and some form of heating arrangements for food would have been great but this was not so. When I have booked family accomodation previously it has been supplied with at least a microwave or had one available to use.

Reception staff is reasonably friendly and helpful. Being recently renovated, this environment is pleasant, and have all the basic comforts expected.

The hotel location was perfect, and amenities were adequate. The room was lovely with tasteful furnishings, comfortable bed and enough room.

Check in at busy times can be lengthy. There is no restaurant, but an excellent cafe next door "The Coffee Club". We ate there a lot in the evening. Recently renovated the hotel felt very new - modern colours made a pleasant inpact on entry. The downside is the the hotel is on a corner and with no double glazing there is a lot of noise - sirens, traffic and unfortunately roadworks during the night whilst we were there. The location of the hotel makes up for a lot however, but take earplugs for night time.

Hotel was going through refurbishment so Reception was temporary and in a state of disarray. I had one of the newly refurbished rooms - the decor and facilities were extremely good. Chamber maids were very pleasant, helpful and unobstrusive.

the hotel is situated in a street with a hight traffic, and there are not double windows!! too noise due to an air conditioner

The shower was a nightmare. There were only two choices steaming hot or freezing cold. We complained to management and they said they fixed it but it was never fixed. Hotel was going under renovations and there was noise from 7am to 5 pm.

Excellent hairdresser.

The reception area was undergoing refurbishment when we stayed but caused us no problems. When finished I have no doubt it will be very nice. This hotel enables easy access to all the hot spots of Sydney. Meals are not served at the hotel but cafe bar next door makes wonderful breakfast at very reasonable prices, would highly recommend. Our room was fully refurbished to a very good standard. We booked a double room and they provided us with a room for an extra accupant making it spacious for our needs. All mod cons, bathroom lovely....decor very nice and most of all spotlessy clean.

My only comment was that, while the hotel was excellent, I found the reception staff to be very cold and unfriendly. In fact, when I was checking-out I was just handed my credit card and the manager turned away to do something else. Not one word of friendliness or even a simple "thank you" was offered.

Despite renovations, I got an old room which was dark and quite dirty. The bed sheets were not clean and the matress was lumpy. The bathroom was very old and smelled funny. It just did not feel clean at all.
