Room was small but practical, location was close to tube station and centrally located for most tourist attractions. Would have appreciated ability to check in earlier than 2 pm after arrivinmg in the morning from a long international flight.

The location was good for the parks and museums, the lobby promised a warm, clean, well appointed hotel and the breakfast was not too bad. Our room however was cold, scruffy with a broken bathroom door and a generally tired appearence.

We were delighted with our choice of this hotel. True to the general architecture of Kensington, this hotel was made up of a series of regal Georgian row houses. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff was friendly and always helpful and it was a pleasure to come back to the room after a days' sightseeing to make a cup of tea or coffee, kick off our shoes and relax. The hotel is a short 2 blocks from the Gloucester Underground and both the Circle and Piccadilly lines stop here. The Gloucester Arcade with Supermarket, Pharmacy and Restaurants is also located on this corner. Would we stay here on our next trip? Sure will.

I think the staff was very friendly and looked into all our needs. Was very impressed with the Morning Breakfast as it was well laid out. Certainly will stay again.

I was very pleased with my accomodations at the Park
International Hotel. I was able to have an early check
in without any problem. The staff was very helpful and
called a car to take me to my lunch meeting. The hotel
is also very convenient to many good restaurants and
the tube. I would definitely stay there again.

we stayed monday night there was no bar open on that night!!! our bathroom needed new flooring smelt of urine. Other than that our room was big enough!

We stayed at this hotel 3 times during our travels in Europe and were impressed with its convenient location to Gloucester Road tube station . It was also within walking distance to the Victoria and Albert Museum , Hyde Park , Harrods and major shops at Knightsbridge and Kensington .
The staff were very helpful and the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds . excellent value for money . We will certainly stay there again

I thought everything was great but I would have liked to have the option if having a fry up for breakfast instead of the continantal breakfast. I thought you could have had some mineral water in the room as well as the tea that was available

no hot water? maybe it was just me!

Water flow in hand basin was very slow. The plug for the hand wash basin did not work. The room was noisy from the the banging as drinks fell from drinks machine in the hall directly outside the room and people using the table and chairs directly outside the room.

you disguised the fact that taxes were not included in the "final price" making this NOT good value for money. This is not common practice room needs refurbished

Was disappointed to be informed upon checking in that the stated room rate did NOT include VAT (17.5 per cent) as an additional charge. Was very pleased with the room. A King sized bed in the UK or Europe is quite a treat!

The hotel was wonderful and the people were very helpful, but before I book another B&B I want to know where my room is. It seems when you travel alone they give you the creepy basement room. And I was not happy with that.
