True to the general architecture of Kensington, this hotel was made up of a series of regal Georgian row houses. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff was friendly and always helpful and it was a pleasure to come back to the room after a days' sightseeing to make a cup of tea or coffee, kick off our shoes and relax. The hotel is a short 2 blocks from the Gloucester Underground and both the Circle and Piccadilly lines stop here. The Gloucester Arcade with Supermarket, Pharmacy and Restaurants is also located on this corner. Would we stay here on our next trip? Sure will.

Was very impressed with the Morning Breakfast as it was well laid out. Certainly will stay again.

I was able to have an early check in without any problem. The staff was very helpful and called a car to take me to my lunch meeting. The hotel is also very convenient to many good restaurants and the tube. I would definitely stay there again.

Other than that our room was big enough!

It was also within walking distance to the Victoria and Albert Museum , Hyde Park , Harrods and major shops at Knightsbridge and Kensington . The staff were very helpful and the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds . excellent value for money . We will certainly stay there again
