Aircond was not working when first checked-in. Room was changed after technician could not get it to repair. New room was cool but air cond was noisy. Suggest hotel to check rooms first before allocating it to hotel guests. Food served for breakfast was not at par.

The hotel is wonderful .. like the environment and the surrounding. My room is sea view so I really enjoy the scenery. Things that really need improvement in the room (Junior suite) is the mattress, so hard ... then air con compressor make very annoying sound... I was sleepless.. the whole night that suppose to be relaxing was interrupted by that noise. Also for junior suite should provided iron n more hanger. After all, I enjoy my stay and have a wonderful moment there.

Hotel signage showed as Costa Rica. Car park at basement needs some facelift & repairs. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nites. Was informed that the adjacent room is booked. It was empty. Staff should offer alternative & be more attentive & proactive. Room was spacious & clean but should include tea sachets. Should have wider spead for breakfast eg. have scrambled eggs or omelettes & not have same menu consecutively. Overall, fine for adults on a short business cum leisure trip.

Seconldy, we had difficult ordering room service to the service apartments.

Toilet is not clean at all, even the room also.

TV channels are too limited plus no remote. TV reception is too bad. the carpet is not properly clean. the sliding door lock is not functioning.

The bedsheets are dirty and the lights are malfunctioned.

Did not see a single staff member at the breakfast buffet. Front desk staff unfriendly. Glasses were filthy, no hot water and the staff response was to turn on the hot water 30 minutes before I needed it. Toilet blocked, no maintenance available, would not change me to a different room.

bowling alley and gym closed and receptionist claimed that it should be opened. However,facility remained closed. bedroom doors not properly maintained, cannot be close fully.There is no in house TV programmes, breakfast provided was not up to our expectations- less variety of food.Floor was not carpetted.
