Is suggests that management have no understanding of food safety requirements. Decor was old fashioned & did not match the impression of the hotel in the online brochure or the level of decor in the lobby

Where other access to venues was possible. We enjoyed it there very much and will re-visit. We had booked a double bed, but when we arrrived we received 2 single beds. But they moved us to 8th floor without any questions asked. However the room with single beds was very poorly decorated.

When these were on it was hard to get onto the computers for email due to people in the conference using the facilities. If they could gather people elsewhere rather than the main foyer it would give the hotel a nicer feel. A fridge in the room would have be useful.
