it was not non-smoking, after second room switch, it had burns on the carpet and the odour was unpleasant

We only slept there - didnt use any of the facilities The mattress on the bed had a great dip in it. Needs changing.

Food in the restaurant was cold, I spoke to the chef & he gladly reheated it for me, however he explained that he had been without a kitchen for 4 days. Is suggests that management have no understanding of food safety requirements. Decor was old fashioned & did not match the impression of the hotel in the online brochure or the level of decor in the lobby

The Hotel was located in a very suitable place. Where other access to venues was possible. We enjoyed it there very much and will re-visit. We had booked a double bed, but when we arrrived we received 2 single beds. But they moved us to 8th floor without any questions asked. However the room with single beds was very poorly decorated.

There were so many conferences there and with everyone in the recpetion area it can be daunting to try and walk through that amount of people. When these were on it was hard to get onto the computers for email due to people in the conference using the facilities. If they could gather people elsewhere rather than the main foyer it would give the hotel a nicer feel. A fridge in the room would have be useful.

I know the Hotel since it was a Paragon; all public areas are much better now (IBIS standard) and the reception staff is kind. But the rooms are still waiting for refurbishment; bathrooms are OK but the rooms are still not nice.
