Very rigid with check in time.What is the point of confirming ETA in the booking when it do not allow any check before 3pm and we seldom come across check out at 11am in this city. Have problem with Astro channel and requested 3 time before any assistance.After checking up and down was inform that the receiver was down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and pleasant. The view from the balcony was very nice too. overall the room was very good.

I would have eaten more in the hotel had I not had such disappointing meal the one time I had dinner there. Very Impressed good value for money

The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom needs to be re-furbished and there were ants all over the kitchen worktops

Swimming pool is a bit small; esp the area meant for children

As a wheelchair user the staff were all very friendly and VERY helpful. My only comment is that they rang the wrong room when I requested an early morning call and I nearly missed my flight! Very well serviced -every day.

Overall feature is good. Like to commend on the breakfast items, good choice and I like the idea of different menu for the 3 days I've had my breakfast there. Overall feeling is good. Just that upon check in, we realised the air-conditioning was not functioning properly (not cold enough). The same goes to the room my sister was staying, the air-con was not working at all.

The hotel studio suite provides good seaview and cityview. The beachfront is cool too! It will be great if the hotel provides titbits/snacks counter near the beach/poolside.
