I booked online and requested for adjacent room. when we arrived, my request was granted and was given adjoining rooms with kitchen and living room. The kids loved the room, and I also liked the location. Near the shopping malls ang MTR station. I will definitely come back to this hotel and will recommend it to my friends.

Recommend the $10 Jusco shop at B2 . Most are quality products from Japan !

This being our first trip to HongKong, we booked Panda Hotel after reading its good reviews from other guests. We did not make the wrong choice! Though the hotel is far from the exclusive shopping malls but the free shuttle bus service is indeed a bonus. The staff service was excellent. They were able to assist with our every queries. There was no language barrier at all. Will definitely stay at Panda Hotel again if we visit HongKong.

This is the first time we stayed in a hotel in Tsuen Wan, N.T. although we are not new to H.K. We arrived at the Hotel almost midnight after getting off at the Chung On St. bus stop on A31 Airport bus (costs HKD17.80) Took us about 5 mins walk to the hotel. Still lots of people around at the streets. Check-in was very efficient and we were very surprised and happy that we were upgraded to an Executive room. The lobby is nice, modern and spacious and when we got to our room, it was large by HK standards, very clean, lots of channels on tv, and complimentary distilled water daily. There was sufficient coffee/tea making facilities, and daily room service. The Hotel location is situated in the New Territories. So, it is further away from all the HK attractions. However, there's a free shuttle bus to and fro from the hotel to Tsim Sha Tsui, New World Ctr, which is very near to the Ferry prier and T.S.T. MTR station. Takes about 30-40 mins. Also, from the Hotel lobby, there is a walkway connected to a pedestrian walkway which leads to the Tai Wo Hau MTR station. Just 5-8 mins walk. So, this is very convenient too esply if you are planning a trip to Disneyland or to Yong Pyng 360 cable car. There are also many eateries about the neighbourhood, Park N shop just behind the Panda Place, Wellcome supermarket just beside. Bakery shops at Panda Place and across the road. If you venture further, there's the Tsuen Wan Market and a 'Tong Tsui' shop (chinese dessert shop) which is popular amongst the locals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Panda Hotel. It's a good change from the busy downtown area, and I will definitely come back again.

my husband and i stayed at the panda for approximately 16 days. we were in a business suite so we received the free breakfast and afternoon drinks - these were excellent. the rooms are 'just cleaned'. conveniently located as you can walk to the mtr in a few minutes. a big problem are the lifts they take forever - very very slow and there are not enough of them. overall we enjoyed our stay.

A value for money hotel with very good service and facilities. The location is very suited to all types of people with all the shopping options in the near vicinity.
The rooms are good but the furniture could do with a bit of modernisation but all told they are quite comfortable.

all good but sometime some delay when i called consierge or others services...Also for chsanging money deluxe room was very nice...For me confoprtable a lot...Just i needed "Italian TV programs"...

The hotel should provide information regarding the location of underground/train stations and more information about getting to Kowloon etc.

Sports Bar closes too early.
