Staff were most helpful in giving advice on my needs while in Singapore. I was upgraded to a balcony room which was wonderful. A very high standard of inclusions also.

When I arrived there was an extra fold-up bed in the room - this was removed the follwing day. The bath was dirty, with many hairs, which remained even after the second day.
