is a nice hotel, especially the Japanese restaurant. The hotel is also in a great location for shopping.

It was most helpful that the hotel offered this on-line registration which facilitated communication regarding our needs. A pre-arranged Maxicab met us at the airport and we were most impressed by the welcome we got at the hotel by two beautiful guest relations officers who whisked us promptly to our rooms by-passing the usual front desk registration. They even gave us a photo souvenir of our arrival. The hotel interior was beautiful and elegant. Classy place. We got daily supply of towels and toiletries plus plus. The food at the hotel restaurants was very good. The one thing I was not too happy about was that I had to pay for internet access which cost S$ 5.00 minimum for one hour. Other hotels I stayed in gave this service for free to their guests. Checking out process was also a breeze.

Hotel location is verygood. You can easily access to Marine Square or Suntec City, short way to Robinson via Citihall Link. If not want to have food at hotel, you can visit foodcourt at Marina Square or Suntecticy. Very convenient. The staffs are courteous and helpfull. I really suprised when receiving a birthday cake from the hotel during my stay here. Thanks a lot. I appreciated.

The hotel was excellent, pleasantly surprised when upgraded to room with balcony upon arrival. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and well planned.As we were in town for concert (Rod Stewart) the location was the most ideal. Shortcomings would be there were no breakfast with the package. Other than that we would recommend this hotel

I went twice this year at Pan Pacific Hotel. Both experiences were great for the rooms.

Swimming pool and SPA are regular : clean but I experienced more luxury in other locations.

I greatly appreciated a birthday surpise (delicious cake and chocolats) for my daughter's aaniversary without asking anything. Great.

Restaurant on top has a wonderfull view but food is not worth the price and very noisy (specialy that night).

It's perfectly located. Everything you need is within the area. I used to stay in the Orchard area but after staying here, I didn't miss Orchard at all. Got a fantastic view of the river and the Merlion!

The location was ideal for my business purposes and services were easily accessed. Staff were most helpful in giving advice on my needs while in Singapore. I was upgraded to a balcony room which was wonderful. A very high standard of inclusions also.

There should be a bar on the top floor. When I arrived there was an extra fold-up bed in the room - this was removed the follwing day. The bath was dirty, with many hairs, which remained even after the second day.
