The lack of wifi Internet connection in the rooms brings the hotel grade down. In this day and age, wifi is not an option, it is a necessity.

1. The check in and check out were fantastic. Fast and friendly. 2. Hotel location not too bad. Not located on the busy Orchard Road (but that means we could not see the wonderful christmas lights on orchard road from our room's window). 3. Receiced a call from the hotel's Service One on the second day asking whether everything was fine...everything was really fine. 4. The hotel lobby was not crowded...which is great. 5. One small problem, the safe was faulty. I could not use it to keep my valuables. But the rests were so good that I did not bother to complain. 6. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Reception desk staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Lost my mobile phone in a restaurant at Clark Quay and was found with the help of the reception staff. The hotel is very conveniently located for shopping.

I found this hotel's location suits me very much because personaly I don't like those busy 'shopping paradise' atmosphere of Orchad (off course I do like shopping). For those who doesn't like to walk (come on, its only 5 minutes -a very short- walking distance) and only come to S'pore is just for shopping only, maybe this hotel isn't that convenient enough for you...

I had asked for a standard room with king size bed. Upon arrival I received upgrade for the room. Unfortunatly this had 2 single beds. As I spend only 1 night, at the end was no problem.

Size of bed is rather small.

The hotel failed to provide total billing amount when my bf checked out the nite before to settled it. My bf had requested for the total bill. When i checked out the next morning, i still had to clear a bill for bfast which had been omitted earlier. Wished that room service didnt take away the throw pillows after the 1st day. Cld have used more pillows during my stay.

Good facilities - suits my needs Felt really confortable after such a long flight

This hotel is just off Orchard Road so handy if shopping is what you are after but is quieter and away from the Orchard Road bustle. I had no idea where it was and from the airport caught a train to Orchard Road station from which is very handy to this hotel. Just a short walk. Taxi back to the airport is $sng15. I have back pain and need to break my flight from Australia to the Uk to sleep and to swim. This hotel has a great Mineral swimming pool.Simple but good to swim in. It had gym facilities and sauna or steam room, The room was very clean and quiet, average size for one person.

apart from a large comfortable room other amenities are poor. excellent bathroom.

Friendly staff especially in breakfast area very comfortable and most thoughtfully equipped

Shower Stall would not drain out water properly. Maintenance did responded quickly but their FIX was inadequate.

It is a beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed myself and was able to relax. It would have been nice if the minibar had other alcohol beverages available besides beer.
