View of Petronas Twin Towers is fantastic!

I was not picked up as I had requested and at midnight I was tired and had to walk the way to the hotel. I was not greeted with smiles or welcomes but grunts and a sense that I was troublesome at that time in the evening. I had difficulty with my key card and in asking for help was greeted with more faces and voices that I was being difficult rather than there was a problem that needed to be fixed. I won't be returning to the Pan Pacific or recommending it.
