We had a transit stay in kl for 5 hrs. With 2 young toddlers and arriving at 3.30am we needed to have somewhere to stay. The meet and greet person met us at the gate , took us through customs and drove us to the hotel in an electric cart. Great size rooms can't complain. It's the third transit stay we ve had there and will go back.

As always I had a great stay the staff are great the food is lovely and the rooms are huge

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and can't find any faults the staff are very courteous and always helpful, the rooms are great and the food is lovely. Also so close to the airport.

I had lived in KL for about 4 years and I was disappointed with the hotel and its service. I was not picked up as I had requested and at midnight I was tired and had to walk the way to the hotel. I was not greeted with smiles or welcomes but grunts and a sense that I was troublesome at that time in the evening. I had difficulty with my key card and in asking for help was greeted with more faces and voices that I was being difficult rather than there was a problem that needed to be fixed. I won't be returning to the Pan Pacific or recommending it.
