For our guest's convenience, Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport has introduced a complimentary 24-hour buggy shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. Guests can also check into their room at our hotel check-in counter located at the baggage claim area (Carousel F) of the Airport's International Arrival Hall.

Guest can now check-in at the airport. The hotel has opened a check-in counter at the baggage claim area of the International Arrival Hall of KL International Airport. While waiting for your luggage to arrive, the reception associates will now check you in to the hotel ensuring convenience all the way. NOTE : This facility is not available to Domestic Arrivals.
