I was woken on several occasions by groups of people running or talking loudly. I completely realise staff have little control over these things and my stay overall was very enjoyable. Apologies for not getting this to you sooner. I have actually already recommended this hotel to other people. I particularly enjoyed the pool, even though I was the only one mad enough to go for a swim due to the cold weather. I found the shuttle bus very good. Unfortunaley I didnt get an answer to my question on what transport was available from the airport when I made enquiries from the booking site. I also enquired about transport while at the airport and was not told of the bus service. Apart from all that, would happily stay again. Thanks. The room was very well situated. I was disappointed that the kettle was plastic and quite dirty on the outside. Also noticed the carpet was stained in places and these things didnt make me feel like a valued customer.
