Suitable for: Leisure, Families, Couples

The hotel is in a very good lacation with several undergroud lines between two underground-stations, it's posible to go easy every where. Very helpfull staff. We did apreciate that we could leave our luggage until our departure without extra cost.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from a Tube station. However, we spent most of our time in Soho, so the the location was not very good for us. When I return to London I'll pick a hotel closer to the Soho area. The room was a little bit dumpy. You could tell that it had been recently renovated, however some of the fixtures had been hung very crooked, and there was no screen in the window. There was also no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, and there was no ledge to set soap or shampoo in the shower stall.

Maid was very accomodating. Desk staff were not very friendly or helpfull with directions etc. Carpet very worn and heavily soiled.
