Lift would be nice.

Found the breakfast room to be too warm. The waterpump for the room and several other rooms (toilet, shower and taps) makes too much noise and is quite annoying.

It was a very good breakfast. When somebody in the building was flushing the toilet or turn on the water, it makes a terrible sound in the house.

The hotel was located in walking distance from a lot of places, which was good. But I could not stay cold and without much sleep for more than two days, so I changed hotel friday. My room was in the basement and therefore very cold. Could hardly see the sky because of high stone walls outside the window and the noise from the room above kept me awake. The room was like a prison cell and no place to enjoy the evening when you're alone.

Very fit for purpose

It would be good if the view to the internal court is improved, at least some painting. It is very tiring to go to the top floor. The window of one of the rooms (G3) was not cleaned.

House keeping was very good but the breakfast was poor. No chocolate for the kids for example and bread and orange juice were really tasting bad

I had booked a double room (quoted at GBP55) and ended up with a room which did have a double bed in but also 2 single beds (a family room?) and so we were left with much less space for moving around in the room etc. So, that was a bit strange and disappointing, especially as we only had the one night. Also, we had to pay GBP60!

The best value for money hotel in London we found Very good room for the price! Clean and comfortable!

Appreciated having a frig, tea and coffee and a microwave. A softer pillow would have been nice.

It's an old building and the floors and stairs are creaky, so you can hear your neighbour above you walking around. The matress was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The amenities, for the price of the room, were acceptable.

Great value for money given the location.

The television did not work except for one channel with very bad reception from the day we arrived. The man on the afternoon shifts told us the aerial would be fixed and he was very rude when we questioned him at the end of our stay.- the hotel is advertised as having satellite tv. The carpet was filthy and not vacuumed once in the week that we were there.
