Only slight drawback for us was that there are no facilities at all for children eg playstation games or dvd's. But everything else was excellent.

I thought the concierge service was a little was below expectation. i had to request for my bags to be taken up to my room. for a hotel with it much vaunted reputation, i would have at least expected a spontaneous gesture with matter above I love the DVD player with its surround sound. but i thought the shower system needed some uplifting. kinda inferior when compared to previous hotel (marina mandarin) i stayed at. it was even kinda faulty

toilet flush needs a change, very difficult to flush on wall. Overall, the room was comfortable.
