Staff at the hotel were friendly, courteous and helpful. It was a great central base for the shopping areas of Singapore, wasn't far from other areas such as China Town and Sentosa Island, and we enjoyed the shopping centre accessed through the back of the hotel - I had a manicure there and it was lovely! We had to have 2 adjoining twin rooms as there were no family rooms in the hotel, but 'adjoining' meant they shared a corridor with a locking door at the end of it rather than having a door straight from one room to the other. We therefore had to leave each room and enter the other via the corridor, and were cut off from each other for most of the time. This caused us minor problems with 2 young children and meant that my husband and I slept apart, one with each child in each room, for the duration of our stay in Singapore.

Located at the very beginning of Orchard Street. Nicely decorated, good size room, clean and confortable. We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Staff service very good. I would recommend it and certainly go back.

Nice, modern, and newly renovated room. Plasma TV, convenient internet access, interesting design. Narrow bed.

Can not get an umbella from the reception during the rainy day.

Felt the room was a bit on the smaller side. The bathroom was a good size.

Hotel is not conveniently accessible by MRT and bus service, on the other hand it is outside the CBD. Room is particularly clean and comfy.

Didn't have a chance to use the pool, bar or restaurant. Requested double bed, but was provided two single beds for first night.

The staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. We had an executive room and the facilities were very good.

Most comfortable. Valued having a refrigerator, coffee-making facilities, self-operated safe as well as irn & ironing-board in the room.

the services were great especially the pool. Would have been even better if complimentary breakfast was provided had a lovely time at the hotel. Was very impressed with the level of service and cleanliness

Reception staff was not helpful and quite rude. We asked for a late check out and received an approval a day before check-out. However on the day of check-out we were literally thrown out of the hotel in the early afternoon. I like the renovated rooms in the Orchard wing better - and the Orchard rooms are cheaper...

Internet in rooms is a trifle expensive for Singapore at $0.50 a minute! Everything worked - what more can you ask for?

all in all a very nice place to stay will make it my first choice from now on way to small of beds I thaught that I was getting a large but got 2 small ones
