When I arrived at Orchard Hotel Singapore I was blown away by how beautiful the foyer looked as I was lucky enough to arriver during Chinese New Year celebrations. Thee staff were incredibly helpful and professional from reception, to bag handlers and the restaurant staff.The room was spacious, clean and very classy. I was very impressed. I have recommended this hotel to many family and friends as many do travel overseas and stop in Singapore via their travels. I will be returning to SIngapore in 2 months time and I will without doubt be staying at the Orchard. Thank you to all staff for making my stay a very memorable one.

we have a room upgraded to executive club yes they have a unlimited internet but not wireless, because some guest are looking for a wireless internet connection.

It was a very pleasant experience during our stay at Orchard Hotel. Although a room with a queen size bed was requested in my reaservation, the single bed was very good enough for two.

The hotel location was perfect for us, the friendliness and courteousness of the staff made us feel at home and, no doubt, convincingly enough for cutomers to come back.

Nicely located hotel close to the Orchard center. Transport means also very accessible. Good hotel!

I booked the room through a last minute website...so I was not sure what to expect. The hotel was fantastic. It is located right at the beginning of Orchard Rd. Club facilities were great., and the room was spacious. There is a convenience store meters away. Hotel staff were very polite and accommodating.

I am a Singapore regular visitor and have been coming to Singapore for many years.
The Orchard is great for everything from the Executive club breakfast to the last drinks at the ground floor bar at night.
The entertaiment group in the bar are, in my opinion the best in Singapore and I hope that the management maintain them.
I always enjoy a nightcap and a few songs from them. A great finish to any day.

The staff were exceptional from the minute of check in to check out. The hotel was very busy during my 2 night stay. The rooms was lovely and had all the amenities one would need. The central location was perfect for someone travelling by themselves I would certainly stay at the Orchard Hotel on my return to Singapore.

The swimming pool, looking atractive on the website and one of our reasons to choose this hotel was dissapointing. All concrete, not enough green. We didn't bother to swim even once. The room temperature was automatically reduced to way below what we think is comfortable on our absence. We solved it be leaving the second card even on our absence in the slot with a note for room service.

by the way when I finished this and there was no free currency converter nothing out of the ordinary. But ok for what we wanted
