very old hotel and not impressive at all. furnishing just ok and looked very old,need to upgrade for what price they charge!

The room was huge, and since the distance between the bed & the TV is quite far away, maybe the hotel should consider a bigger TV instead.

Lack of sauna facilities It would have been ideal if a microwave oven had been provided

house keeper-communication problem and too early to tidy up the room. Our room view-very boring just a concrete wall nothing to see

They provided is with 2 single beds as there were no double bed rooms avail.

shuttle bus service was very poor particularly driver was not hospitable nor friendly. generally ok

Hotel should provide shuttle bus service to far end of Orchard Road, Clarke Quay, Suntec city or Marina. Air con controls not sensitive - either too cold or too warm. Have to switch off in morning as too cold.

Problem at check in,no record of 2nd room as booked,the conformation e-mail was shown and eventually after some delay we were offered our rooms.

the bathroom walls were dirty with stains. The carpeted floor were dusty, overall, hotel were not impressive even though it was advertised as recently refurbished.

great location Very welcoming and roomy

More staff needed at front desk. Toilets come have been better decorated, but other than that, everything was really comfortable.
