The hotel location is very convienient for shopping & getting to the business areas of Singapore. The staff was wery helpfull.

It is without doubt that for any paying guest that one demands service. But, especially in Asia where the hotels are so far more well equipped and glamorous than elsewhere, the key to a contented guest will be the courtesy accorded to them by the staff be it the bell boy, the check in/out counters, room service etc. I have stayed in two hotels managed by Far East and have concluded that the quality of personnel working at these facilities have been excellent in that they have accorded to us as a family the most courteous service which made our stay indeed memorable and very comfortable. It is therefore the courtesy of these service staff that matters to a guest most that makes the difference either to revisit or find another place in future.

nice facilities. fruit offered gave a feeling of warmth and welcome and was good. swimming pool was nice my kids enjoyed v much. staff was also courteous and helpful.

We have stayed in hotels in Singapore many times and have stayed in the Orchard Parade Hotel before and we would have no hesitation going back there.
My son and daughter in law were with us from the UK and it was their first time in the Far East. They also enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

the location is ok, not too far from takashimaya, my favorite place but layout inside hotel is confusing. you'll see the lobby is uncomfortable. cannot see the good view outside

It was my first stay in the Orchard Parade hotel and Singapore but my Husband was in Singapore many Times. The hotel was for the money outstanding,the service in any way excellent, food superb and tasty,any question to the staff was answered in a professional manner.
I recommend this Hotel to anybody who want a pleasant stay and close to all the major shopping centers .

The most important thing that I remembered was when I was given an early check in by 11 am which the hotel had kindly accomodated though they didn't promise the flexibilyt initially. This was a commendable flexibility which I seldom get from the other hotels that I have stayed in. Then I was also trying to get a delay checked out at 1.45 pm and this also was given to me without extra charges. Of course, I did understand that this gesture was given if the rooms are not fully booked during that time. The receptionists were good and trying their best to accomodate the guests requests as much as they could. The potters are exceptionally very good and helpful. Well done.

Another thing, the twin beds are spacious and commendable for the family to stay in. Walking distances to the shopping centres at the Singapore Orchard area and the taxi is readily available.

I am looking forward that the management should consider more beyond reasonable offers tarrifs.
