Room - lack of space for hanging clothes - clothes hangers in cupboard not well designed, should run from left to right and not front to back. Lift - very slow. Location - very good and convenient - especially for tourists. Front Desk Staff - friendly and helpful.

(several kosher establishements within walking distance too for those who seek this) Rooms even had enough space for 4 (double plus two singles in both rooms)even though we requested 2 twins and the beds too were very comfortable (often a problem in budget hotels). We could have done with extra pillows but didn't request them specifically so its worth asking. Buffet Breakfast was excellent - everything was good quality - sometimes you get orange juice or jam but its a cheap product - everything provided here was good quality and as much as you wanted. Also choice of cereals, cheeses, jams and breads - everyone in our party left happily fed in the morning! Would definitely recommend this hotel

Staff were friendly. The lift was broken most of the time we were there which was a bit inconvinient as we were on the 7th floor but they were trying to get it fixed. Also one of our bedroom windows was broken which was a bit of a pain because the room was very warm but it didn't cause much of a problem. For the price this hotel was good value for paris

Is very well located, which is important when you coming to Paris for the first time, as i did. The staff is wonderful, helpful and very nice. Breakfast is fantastic, especially the apple mousse! I really enjoyd my stayinig at the Comfort Hotel and I'm sure I'll vistit this hotel any time I'll be coming to Paris.
