as i and my hubby get exciting on explore the facilities of the room when check in, the first thing attract us is the ... new lcd tv (our 1st room with a lcd), we switch on the tv, but it is in malay language. As both of us are chinese, we don't understand what it show on the tv, by the time we try to exit it out from the menu, we had accidentally go to the purchase movie and quickly stop playing but somehow the meter has run 1mins, and was charge fully for that upon we check out.
during the check out, we do not see a smile from the reception counter staff.
when feedback to the reception staff on the movie, a suspicious eye had given to us without checking, seem like we try to cheat on what happening. that make my hubby and me feel frustrate at that moment.
