The worth condition I have ever met.

We stay in this hotel for two days. From check in to check out it was obvious that the staff is not at all interested in service. The only exception was the guy on night duty that made an effort to get extra pillows as requested 12 hours before.
Room was never cleaned at anytime during our stay.
Breakfast must be advertised as optional so that you can skip it and get it at Tesco around the corner.
Rating for this hotel can't be given because no scale exists therefore.

We had a bit of trouble because we were two friends travelling. We had booked a twin room and that had been confirmed - but when we came to Olympia they gave us a double room. It took too much persuasion and hasseling to get the room that we had actually booked! That was very uncomfortable for us and the service was not very good either when they afterwards gave us a room with a broken window (it couldnt close and it was raining inside the room!) and expected us to pay for it before they had foxed it or given us another room!
The room we had booked and with no broken windows - is that too much to ask????

This hotel is inadequate, and hardly seems to merit its three star rating. One can survive in a smaller room, but my single could only generously be described as "miniscule." The room was also dirty as was the entire establishment. Lack of proper laundry storage - laundry was kept piled up in the basement hallway, impeding access both to the breakfast room and guest rooms. It resulted in a most unpleasant smell in the basement and ground floor. One wonders if this is in compliance with health regulations. Very poor service from the hotel staff. Maid neglected to supply my traveling companion with a towel one day. When we queried at the desk, the response was a shrug and a comment that the maid would not be in until the following day. To be avoided.

The hotel room was extremely tiny - hardly enough space for our luggage. The reception staff when we arrived was not very courteous.
Location is however convenient - just a short distance away from the tube station.
The breakfast was nothing special and the hours for breakfast rather short.

Strange smell in the room

The breakfast offered no choice, No plug in the sink.

The reception area might need a little bit of renovation. Breakfast is good with very friendly staff. A little bit more variation and choice items at the breakfast offered would be a bonus. Note that the location is excellent, just hundred yards away from a subway station. Have as a coutesy to the guests not only a piece of soap but also a minute bottle of champoo in the room. Air travel involves a lot of hassle with liquids, so guests tend not to transport such essentials

Breakfast very poor quality, the worst of anywhere I have stayed to date.Staff were nice though. Window pane cracked. curtains very grubby.Street noise very audible from my room.

I have no bedroom N?1 but it's too small but bedroom N? 204.It was correct.
