Staff were all very helpfull and friendly. And with the added bonus of beeing close to the all public transport. . Quite large,clean and plenty of light and most of all there was no noise.

We were transferred to a hotel 2 miles away and had to be taxi'd back in the morning to get to earls court. Not what i expected and messed our plans up.

The shower and toilet were packed into a room slightly larger than a shoe box and the shower was only a little better than useless.
