I was very annoyed about the fact as I arrived that the hotel was overbooked. We got the possibility to chance the hotel (Hotel Lord Kensingtonn).

Television too high 'pain in the neck'. I would consider the room a great improvement merely for re positioning the television as it can only be watched by laying on the bed flat on your back.
