Receptionist very sympatic and a good value for money. I advice this hotel for visiting London because it is near from the city centre(15min. by underground).

Staff was discreet and prompt. Found the room to be rather pleasent. And found myself wishing I could stay longer.

Clean and tidy although small. Nothing missing

Sometimes, hot water does not comes out for the shower and we literally froze.

Location adn value for money excellent. Tiny, but clean (and a working shower which is not always given in London:-)

Breakfast could be served with freshly made bread as a supplement to the not so exciting toast.

The shower and toilet were packed into a room slightly larger than a shoe box and the shower was only a little better than useless.

The hotel lift was not working and the weather was extremely hot at the time. Assistance with luggage should have been offered more readily due to the lift not functioning.

Liked the teapot and TV. No shampoo was a problem when my luggage did not arrive.

We were transferred to a hotel 2 miles away and had to be taxi'd back in the morning to get to earls court. Not what I expected and messed our plans up.

lift should be repaired at least in the high season. please lock the laggage keeping room for more secure feeling. size of the rooms are varied. eg. 104 is too small and the bath room is not good at all. But room 106 is good.
