Clean, big and nice room with comfortable beds, show and even a coffee machine.

(1) No hot water in the afternoon/evening.

They were extremely helpful and had a lot of patience when problems with credit card occurred. It was very difficult to get into the cupboard to hang your clothes.

The rooms were very small. The elevator could barely fit two with luggage. The rooms were also very smelly. And all but one of the people were very rude. Also, at one point we returned and the front door was locked with a sign that said be back in 5 minutes. It was very aggravating to be locked out of our hotel. And lastly, I called the hotel trying to reach my room one day and they said try to call back in 5-10 minutes because they weren't in the lobby to transfer my call. our TV and light were broken, we asked to be moved to another room. They seemed very annoyed and were not that nice about it. Then when we moved the room was so small we had to climb over the beds to get to the bathroom. That's with only one large bag of luggage. Plus the room was very very hot and the AC wasn't working.

Very nice position and a quiet place. Good to have a rest after a day in London. Not enough space to store clothes and luggage.

In general, good. What I did not like at all was that the recpecionist wanted us to pay for five nights at checking in, before having seen the room. The web said you paid at checking out, which is much more reasonable. It doesn't seem very trustable.

The interior is a bit out-dated, but everything is well kept, and the staff is service-minded. Room definitively too small for a double room.

I'm italian, from Modena. Hotel is closed the tube station, restaurants, markets. Very good and quiet location. When I arrived, the staff asked me to pay immediately all the 3 night! Breakfast is poor but clean and the room where you eat is small. I'm italian, from Modena. My room was the number 307. The room is small but clean and gives you good comfort. Also the bathroom is small but useful and clean with box shower. Bed is very good and hard.

I think it was a really great hotel!

Stairs to go down seem me a bit dangerous. Room 001 was really cold; there was "wind" from the window.

very good choice for breakfast, waitress very nice it was a nice and quiet room and the temperature was nice. Could have been a bit bigger.

Payment for hotel was wanted and paid upon arrival, when stated oppostite on booking form. Roof had damp patches, suggesting leak in room above.
