The bare minimum one expects is cleanliness and even that left much to be desired!! All in all it was a disappointing experience. (I must also add that most of the other receptionists were indeed friendly and polite) The room was tiny, dirty and the heating was switched off during the day!!!! The bed linen seemed not to have been washed in months!!! There was barely any room in the coffin like wardrobe to hang our clothes in. The breakfast was terrible. Even the toast was the cheap, tasteless kind!! And one of the receptionists did not even manage a smile once! Talk about service with a smile!!!!

The room is too small for two persons. Not enough space between the wall and the bed and luggage space. The door could not be opened without moving the bed.
