Staff ok but hotel definitely needs to be updated- reception modern, but once you leave that area the other areas in the hotel are tatty Bed cover torn,wallpaper peeling - Basement room was quiet but dingy Breakfast very average- typical london cheaper accommodation

the bathroom was very small an adult could realy not take a proper shower

I stop in lots of hotels, and would definately be happy to stop at the Olver Plaza again ;)

Breakfast staff unfriendly, unhelpful. Breakfast room rather shabby. Room needs to be painted, blankets and linen should be new

We enjoyed the breakfast! Clean breakfast room, prompt service and refilling of food stuff, and great aromatic coffee! What this hotel needs to do is to dramatically increase the size of the room, the toilet and the shower area, and install air-conditioning! The room is far too small, especially the toilet and the shower area!! I cannot imagine how a few of the guests we met could get into the toilet or the shower area. The bed did not look like a double bed either, more like a super single.

Can get better rooms elsewhere for less small but liveable

The rooms are cheap and the rooms are ok, when compared it with other hotel in London.But be aware that the hotel is in Earl's court, and sometime the circle and district lines of the underground are closed. So, it may cause trobulesomes if living in there on sat and sun. That's my experience.

unfortunately there was only one sort of tea (black tea), but the rest of the assortment of the breakfast was good. we've missed a little wardrobe and a little space to put things on it.

The breakfast was the best of any other hotel we stayed in during our one month trip. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was acceptable for the price and met my expectations

The kitchen should be more ventilated, so that people staying in any of the rooms adjacent to the kitchen, would not have to wake up to a smell of greasy bacon in the morning. The staff was nice though, and in general we had a nice stay. The smell of bacon in the morning was horrible. But the second morning was not as bad as the first, as we had put a towel on the floor in front of the door.

Bathroom floor could do with some repair - water on floor of bathroom after a shower.

Very small room, but comfortable. No airconditioning!

Wonderful location to the underground, restaurants and bakery. Great service, confortable bed, breakfast a little sparce but fine. Would go there again in a heartbeat. The room was small without room for luggage.
