Service generally ok - one annoyance was they would only book a limited range of mini cabs for me, and sometimes they were slow to arrive Room was small, and was prone to cigarette leage from other rooms. The biggest annoyances were the lack of an iron and ironing board, and the lack of a "do not disturb" sign for the door. Cleaners would just walk in without knocking. Otherwise rooms were OK. Hotel is in great location and is very cheap.

Im very angry about the fact that I arrived on Thursday evening 11 oclock and I had so much trouble. I was very annoyed about the fact as I arrived that the hotel was overbooked. We got the possibility to chance the hotel (Hotel Lord Kensingtonn).

The room was a little bit cold.

Adequate and good valur for money. Television too high 'pain in the neck'. I would consider the room a great improvement merely for re positioning the television as it can only be watched by laying on the bed flat on your back.

Very nice hotel. When I come back to London I'll go back there.

To include full english breakfast in the fare or to offer two different fares, one for continental breakfast included and one for full english breakfast included. The english breakfast could be improved with harsh brown, mushrooms and black pudding. To enlarge the big bed, it is a bit small for two people to sleep on.

room was clean but the condition of bedspread etc left a lot to be desired
