Very good value for money, very cheap well maintained, clean and tidy

Extremely nice staff and excellent value for money for traveller on a budget. Excellent location. Clean and comfortable with adequare facilities for a short stay.

the beds where really hard and narrow.

The outside of the hotel looks very promising only to enter and find a tacky decor and an unfriendly service inside. The bare minimum one expects is cleanliness and even that left much to be desired!! All in all it was a disappointing experience. (I must also add that most of the other receptionists were indeed friendly and polite) The room was tiny, dirty and the heating was switched off during the day!!!! The bed linen seemed not to have been washed in months!!! There was barely any room in the coffin like wardrobe to hang our clothes in. The breakfast was terrible. Even the toast was the cheap, tasteless kind!! And one of the receptionists did not even manage a smile once! Talk about service with a smile!!!!

unfortunately I was not able to test the oliver plaza hotel, but I was placed conveniently into the hotel across the street. there everything was OK. great was the unlimited, included WLAN connection. uncomfortable was the train, which made some noise

Hotel was good for a short-term stay due to the size of the room & bathroom * Bed could have been longer

Lift door closes too quickly and the voice is depressing. The room is too small for two persons. Not enough space between the wall and the bed and luggage space. The door could not be opened without moving the bed.

Very charming, pretty street, pleasant staff and location was excellentand quiet. We were lugging backpacks so access to the tube was brilliant! We would have preferred a double room but the room suited our needs and the view was very pretty, unlike some London hotels where all you get is a brick wall.
