The hotel was so conveniently located. The food was good. I didn't realise breakfast was included so it was a bonus.

The location within the city and access to the underground system is excellent. The room proved to be well suited for one bed only, the second bed allowed only for very limited space. It could be better sound isolated. Due to its location at top floor underneath the flat roof the inside temperature at night was well above the outside temperature. An air conditioner would therefore be of major benefit. The hotel reception staff could be less tight-lipped. Overall, it was a pleasent stay at Oliver Plaza.

Although it was clean and did the job, the room was really small and the walls between the other rooms were paper thin.

We got no rooms on the hotel the first nightof four. We were offered one room for four persons at the hotel opposite Olver Plaza. Two 60 years old couples in one room!!! (2 twin rooms were ordered!) 5 pounds per room was drawn from the price. Not much for the bad night we had with not much sleep. The three nights at Oliver Plaza was OK!

Nice clean quite hotel in a good location. This was a good value hotel indeed, and I would love to stay there next time too, hopefully!

The staff was helfful and nice. The location was excellent. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, 2 minutes away was a nice bakery with full breakfast. The room was small but o.k. Everything worked well.

Towels and bed equipment was to dirty. Room itself was ok.

Very good service, hotel clean and comfortable, receptionist and staff very kind and willing! the room and the bathroom were small but comfortable and clean.

Staff were all very helpfull and friendly.And with the added bonus of beeing close to the all public transport. Quite large,clean and plenty of light and most of all there was no noise.

A good accomodation for small budget Very small but very clean

Unfortunately when I arrived I was not advised that there was a problem with my room which had been given to someone else, I found out that I was being moved when it had been agreed with another hotel but I was not consulted albeit I ended up stating at the Olver as I explained my brother lived across the road and if I didn't stay there I would go back to Birmingham. The method of handling this I thought was disappointing.

The bathroom was way too small. The carpet could have been cleaner.
