Overall, I would recommend this apartment if you are staying for more than a week in Adelaide. The location is excellent, near many restaurants and just a few minutes away from the downtown area. The apartment grounds are neat and the shrubs and trees well manicured. We had a two bedroom. One bedroom had a large bed and the other had two single beds. The single beds were not appropriate and too small for an adult. I would suggest replacing them with one double bed as this would still allow for two children or one adult to sleep. The kitchen had most of the necessary items except for the cooking pans. A few good cooking pans would be a plus, along with either a french press or coffee maker. The apartment is a good size and well furnished. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

There are separate bedroom, sitting room and dining/kitchen areas, and a bathroom equipped with clothes washing facilities.

Organised a late exit with evening staff. Arrangements not carried through to morning staff. Quite rude approach through AM phone call as to why not yet left and statement that other people required the room early. Not impressed with message failure or approach of staff re issue. Sitting area much smaller than expected especially for 3 bedroom apartment and number of people that involves.
