I really enjoy my stay here at this nice clean hotel.

No sea views, but there's no beach in Cairns anyway, only the lagoon whch is a short walk away. Cairns is so small everywhere is within walking distance.

I especially like the free internet stations with laser printers at the lobby, really good for making internet bookings and keeping in touch with home.Two thumbs up.

Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The service was excellent. We asked for ice and it was delivered to our room immediately.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel because it was expensive and only a buffet was offered. We would have liked to order a simple breakfast from a menu.

The hotel were at a great location in Cairns. It's near the beach and near the center of Cairns. You have car rental just across the street. They have a pool that both children and adults can use and a variety of different sorts of breakfast. The staff was great. Very helpful and service dedicated.

The only thing I can put my finger on is a small balcony, but I think the balcony were bigger in some of the other rooms.

some rooms face trees with a large coloy of bats.(many, in deed-hundreds) mildew smell.

When I arrived they whisked my bag away and it was in my room before I got there. Excellent staff service and very friendly.
