The hotel room and facilities were extremely good. However, the staff service was average. We had to go to the reception ourselves for everything.

Most enjoyable stay ! Best and convenient Auckland location, Spectacular view from our studio, Perfect amenities, the contemporary equipment. Helpful staff. We immediately started to regret not having made Brisbane (QLD) reservations in the same hotel chain ! Unbeknown to us Oaks Residences were in the Brisbane downtown as well.
