Thank you for upgrading us to a two-bedroom; the balcony off the bedroom was wonderful.

Also I would have expected concierge/porterage facilities to have been available, not merely trolleys made available for the use of guests.

It is extremely frustrating in not being able to charge up on essential items like cell phones, lap tops, shavers etc. for any travller. It is not at all an expensive item to stock up more units.
