Suitable for: Leisure, Romance, Families, Singles, Couples

Absolute beachfront room was fabulous however the windows and flyscreens were very dirty, which distracted from the view. Staff attended to our concern promptly over an issue with rowdy and unruly guests in the very early hours of the morning! Restaurant dinner was delicious and provided many dietary choices and tastes.

The charges for internet connection are very expensive. Thank you for upgrading us to a two-bedroom; the balcony off the bedroom was wonderful.

For a 4& 1/2 star Hotel, I would have expected a better reception area, visible from the only entrance for patrons arriving by car. Also I would have expected concierge/porterage facilities to have been available, not merely trolleys made available for the use of guests.

The Hotel is impoverished in the availability(or the non- availability) of the Australian electricity adaptors for foreign travllers. It is extremely frustrating in not being able to charge up on essential items like cell phones, lap tops, shavers etc. for any travller. It is not at all an expensive item to stock up more units.
