We have travelled to Melbourne 12 times . The Oaks on
Lonsdale is one of the best.
Its off the beaten track on a side road but minutes into
the cbd .
The apartments are brand new with all the amenities you
would find in a 5 star hotel.
Housekeeping were fantastic and apartments were cleaned to a high standard.
We will definately be back very soon.
On a quick note we would like to say a big Thankyou to
Jane in reception for all the help she gave with our
booking.

The apartment was in a brilliant location. It was spacious and very clean , had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. The staff on the main desk were extremely helpful, our only quibbble would be with the room service. They did clean the bathroom and made the bed, sometimes they didn't bother to put the pillows back on the bed. They never cleaned the coffee table or tidied the kitchen, maybe that was not their responsibility, it certainly didn't bother us but others might expect a better service. We would certainly return.
